做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
