做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
