做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
