做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
