做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
