做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
