做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
