做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
