做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
