做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
