做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
