做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
