做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
