做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
