做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
