做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
