做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
