做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
