做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
