做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
