做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
