做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
