做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
