做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
