做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
