做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
