做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
