做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
