做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
