做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
