做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
