做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
