做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
