做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
