做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
