做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
