做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
