做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
