做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
