做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
