做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
