做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
