做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
