做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
