做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
