做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
