做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
