做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
