做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
