做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。
